Janay Company - Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective, reviewed, and last updated as of January 7, 2026. The goal of this privacy policy is to explain how customers' information is safely data obtained and used.

1. What kind of information is obtained? The following is obtained: your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Personal identifiable information is collected including payment information, credit card details, comments, feedback, and product reviews. Anything you enter is logged like if you have a login account with your password and/ or purchase history.

2. How is your information gathered? Once you process a transaction your personal information you’ve given such as your name, email address, and mailing address. Your personal information will only be used specifically for these reasons as stated above.

3. Why is such personal information saved? In order to serve you with great technical support, and great customer service. You may need to be contacted about general concerns or personalized service-related notices, and promotional messages.

4. How is your PI used, stored, shared, and disclosed? For site visitors your PI is safely stored just for this website. Only for the eyes of the owner, and wix.com. Janay Company is held on the Wix platform. Wix.com provides the online platform for Janay Company to sell pieces and to serve as an act of assistance. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage and/ or general applications. Data is stored and secured servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

5. Communication with site visitors? There’s a Wix inbox that’s on the site’s home page. I message everyone from there at my earliest convenience but it’s also automated while I’m not there. You may need to be emailed about anything regarding Janay Company. You’ll be contacted regarding your account troubleshoot problems, resolve disputes, collect fees or money owed.

6. How are cookies and other tracking tools used? Janay Company website currently does not use cookies to track personal information. There are no third party services placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix’s services.
